When do i get the Keys?
We offer Lock box move ins for your convenience, Once the lease is signed and all funds have been paid in full, you will receive an email at 9:00 AM EST on the lease start date with the LOCK BOX code. The lock box will be left on the front door of the home for your convenience. This lock box is assigned to the property and can be used in the future for vendors and your move-out. -
What are the accepted methods of payment?
All rents will be paid using the Tenant Portal. There is NO FEE if you use the EPayment/ECheck option using your bank account and routing number to make payments. This the preferred method of payment, you can set up one time payments or schedule payments. We do offer other options thru the portal including use a credit card or paying with cash at approved retailers with a fee. -
When is the Rent Due?
Rent is Due on the 1st of each month. -
Can I see a copy of the lease agreement?

How many people are allowed to live in a property?
Max is 2 people per bedroom -
How much is your pet deposit?
Each property has its own pet policy some do not allow pets some only allow small pets. The amount of pet deposit depends on the property, type of pet, weight, age and history of the pet. All pet deposits are added to the security deposit and refundable if there is no damage. See Aggressive Breed Restrictions -
What are your application requirements?

What funds do you require to move in?
Prior to move in you are required to pay the first month’s rent and security deposit. As well as a one-time Lease Preparation fee of $100.00. If you have any pets a pet deposit will be required as well.
